Returns Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

• If the product does not have any defects or issues, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Frolic Fusion is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return Process:

• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If the return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Restocking Fee:

• A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

European Union 14 day cooling off period

• Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
